Our fee is 25% of your take home !

Let's say for instance in June you booked $4200

Earnings- $4200

Cleaning cost –$900

Total Remaining= $3300

Our 25% comes out of that $3300 totaling $825

You are more than welcome to manage your property yourself but before you do ask yourself this . How much is my time worth !? 

Using professional management with the right tools , software and know-how increases  your revenue by a minimum of 30%. That is 30 % that you would not make self managing . So if you are ok with what you currently make, look at it as an opportunity to make an additional 5 % on top of what you make now without doing a single thing for it.
